FOR BOOKKEEPERS

Manage practice plans and client capacity

Understand client slots, archived records, and subscription changes.

01

What uses a client slot

Active and paused client companies count toward your practice allowance. Customers within those companies do not use additional slots. Archived companies retain history but stop syncing and sending reminders.

Every practice plan includes time tracking, weekly review, time exports, firm invoicing, and unlimited teammates. The current Pricing page lists company capacity, outgoing reminder allowances, and monthly or annual prices.

02

Add or reduce capacity

The owner can open Billing, choose a compatible plan or Firm add-on quantity, and review the charge or credit preview before confirming.

If a lower allowance would not fit your active and paused companies, archive the appropriate clients first. Archiving by itself does not lower the subscription price.

03

Business and practice are different workspaces

A practice with one client keeps its practice workspace and plans. The Business plan is for a separately created workspace with one canonical company; it is not a smaller capacity tier for an existing practice.

Contact support if your needs change. Do not duplicate a connected company or assume records move between subscriptions.
