How we calculate your estimate
Time savings
Clients × (minutes now - minutes with Clawrk) ÷ 60 × hourly cost. Then subtract the Clawrk subscription.
The value reflects capacity you may free up. It is not extra revenue or a guaranteed reduction in payroll.
A paid follow-up service
Clients × monthly fee, minus clients × delivery minutes ÷ 60 × hourly cost, minus the Clawrk subscription.
This assumes a new service, every selected client paying the fee, and all delivery time included. It does not also add time savings.
We choose the smallest plan for your client count, including extra slots above 25. Reminder volume may require a larger plan. Annual estimates repeat your monthly figures 12 times; annual subscriptions use the monthly equivalent of the upfront payment. Amounts round to cents; break-even time and fees round up. Setup time, sales effort, other tools, taxes, and changes in workload are not included. Customer invoice payments are never added to the estimated value of time saved. Payments collected for your clients are not your practice income.
Are these savings guaranteed?
No. The starting figures are examples, not customer results or measured averages. Your estimate depends on the time you enter, your costs, your workload, and how you use Clawrk. Include time for approvals and replies, and try a more cautious estimate before making a decision.
How does Clawrk help with invoice follow-up?
Clawrk brings your business or client invoices, reminder drafts, replies, and payment promises into one workspace. Reusable reminder sequences and shared history can reduce repeated setup and searching. Your team still reviews the work, checks the context, and handles conversations.
Which plan does the estimate use?
Business owners get an estimate for one company on the Business plan. Bookkeepers get a practice plan based on the number of client companies they enter. You can compare monthly and annual billing. The starting figures are editable examples, not promised results.
Why are time savings and service income separate?
Time saved gives your practice capacity to use elsewhere. A new paid service brings in fees but also takes time to deliver. Adding both figures could count the same hours twice, so the calculator shows each scenario separately. Invoice payments recovered for a client are not your firm's income.
What if follow-up is already included in our fees?
Use the time-saving estimate to understand the value of a more efficient process. The paid-service estimate assumes an additional service with its own fee; it is not extra income if your clients already pay for the same work.
How can we check the estimate in practice?
Start with your own business or one client's current follow-up process. Record the time spent over a typical month, then compare the same tasks with Clawrk. You can try the workspace during the 14-day trial. Adjust your estimate for setup time, workload changes, and any costs beyond the subscription.
