Terms of Service
Effective September 13, 2026
These terms govern the Clawrk website and Clawrk application, operated by Fancydino LLC ("Clawrk," "we," or "us"). By accepting these terms when creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree for yourself and the business you represent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Contact support@clawrk.com with questions about either document.
1. Accounts and authority
Clawrk is for business use by adults aged 18 or older. You must be authorized to bind your business or bookkeeping practice and to manage the company records you supply. Provide accurate account and billing information, protect your credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Each teammate must use their own account. The workspace owner controls membership, roles, billing, ownership transfer, and workspace closure.
The business or practice that owns the workspace is responsible for its users, its instructions to Clawrk, and the permissions and notices required to process client and customer information. An invitation or accounting connection does not itself establish legal authority to act for another business. Do not provide another person's credentials.
2. The service and its limits
Clawrk organizes business receivables, prepares reminders for approval, records replies and payment promises, and reports recorded balances, payments, and credits. It does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, act as a debt collection agency, hold customer funds, or process a customer's payment toward an invoice. Paying your Clawrk subscription does not pay the customer invoices you manage. We do not guarantee payment recovery or email delivery.
Keep original accounting records and check imports, currencies, recipients, balances, and payment destinations. Connected accounting platforms remain authoritative for their records; correct those records at the source. A reminder, delivery event, promise, credit, or missing invoice is not proof of cash payment.
If you use Google Maps address suggestions, the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service apply. Suggestions are optional; check the selected address before saving it for billing.
3. Communication and acceptable use
You must review and approve each outgoing reminder. Workflows prepare drafts and do not remove that responsibility. Approved messages can be held if balances, recipients, access, or delivery conditions change. Review replies and disputes before resuming follow-up. Respect applicable communication rules, required notices, customer preferences, and opt-outs. Do not add advertising that changes a reminder's purpose without meeting the applicable requirements.
- Use Clawrk only for legitimate business invoices you are authorized to manage.
- Do not use it for consumer debt collection, legal demands, threats, or harassment.
- Do not send spam, deceptive statements, unlawful content, or misleading payment links.
- Do not impersonate others, access another workspace without permission, bypass security controls, or interfere with Clawrk or its providers.
- Upload only necessary business records you may lawfully share. Do not upload full card details, account passwords, government identity documents, or medical records.
- Do not resell access or copy protected service materials except as permitted by law or a written agreement with us.
A reminder opt-out stops further Clawrk reminders to that address for the sending workspace. It does not cancel an invoice or change the underlying agreement between the business and customer.
4. Trials, subscriptions, and fees
New workspaces can try Clawrk for 14 days without a card and with 100 outgoing reminders. A Business trial includes one business; a practice trial includes up to three client companies. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Choose a plan to continue actions requiring active access after the trial. Your records remain available to read and export if you do not subscribe.
The pricing page and Checkout show your monthly or annual plan, included capacity, and price in US dollars. Practice Firm subscribers can purchase extra client slots on the same subscription. The Business plan includes one company and has no extra-company add-ons. In practices, active and paused companies count toward capacity; archived companies retain history and stop syncing and sending. Unlimited teammates does not mean unlimited clients or reminders. Reminder allowances renew monthly on either billing frequency and do not roll over. We do not automatically bill usage overages.
By confirming Checkout, you authorize Stripe to collect the displayed amount and recurring charges at your selected monthly or annual frequency until cancellation. Annual plans are paid in full upfront and renew yearly; any monthly equivalent shown is for comparison and is not a monthly installment. Any tax we collect is shown before confirmation. Currency conversion or fees from your bank are separate. Notify support of an incorrect charge. Failed payments can restrict actions until resolved; open workspaces retain access to read and export their records.
Confirm plan changes in Settings > Billing after reviewing the prorated charge or credit. Added capacity requiring payment is not granted until payment succeeds. Eligible downgrades apply immediately when confirmed; unused service is credited to future invoices rather than automatically refunded in cash. Switching billing frequency starts a new paid period when the change completes, with the displayed adjustments for unused service. Practice owners must archive enough clients before reducing capacity. Workspace type is chosen at signup; plan or billing changes do not convert a business into a practice or transfer records. We will give advance notice of recurring price changes so you can cancel before they take effect.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and closure
The owner can cancel renewal through Settings > Billing > Manage subscription. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and preserves paid access until then. It does not delete the workspace. Afterward, the open workspace can still read and export retained records. Contact support@clawrk.com if you cannot access cancellation.
Fees for an already started billing period are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, refunds we agree to provide, or where law requires otherwise. Send refund requests to support. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and other statutory rights are unaffected.
Closing a workspace is a separate owner action in Settings > Access & data. It cancels any remaining subscription immediately, ends workspace access, stops follow-up, and schedules active workspace data for deletion after 30 days. Export first and disconnect integrations as requested by the closure flow. Signing out, disconnecting QuickBooks, or archiving a client does not cancel a subscription. The Privacy Policy explains backup and other retention.
6. Connected services and optional assistance
QuickBooks, Stripe, email delivery, and other providers have their own terms, availability, authorizations, and limits. You authorize the connections you select and can revoke them. Revocation stops future access but does not erase imported records. Interruptions or expired permissions can delay synchronization and delivery. Supported functionality may differ by country, currency, and accounting plan; website availability does not guarantee every regional feature is supported.
Optional reply assistance, when enabled, may produce inaccurate suggestions and requires human review. Suggestions do not make payments, change accounting balances, or approve outgoing messages. Review templates and reports for your circumstances. Website educational content is general information, not professional advice tailored to your business.
7. Data and intellectual property
You retain rights to your records, documents, and messages. You permit us and our providers to process them as needed to deliver, maintain, secure, and support Clawrk according to your instructions and our Privacy Policy, including authorized synchronization and message delivery. We do not sell workspace data or use invoice data for advertising.
Your business or bookkeeping practice determines the purpose and authority for processing company and customer records. We limit access to people and providers who need it and assist with reasonable privacy requests through support. We handle our own account, billing, security, and legal records for those purposes. Contact us before supplying data if your business or practice requires a separate data processing agreement or specific international transfer arrangements. The software, brand, and website materials remain ours or our licensors'; your subscription permits use with the service.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Clawrk reliable but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free provider data, or a particular recovery result. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We may restrict access to address nonpayment, misuse, a legal requirement, or a material security issue. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve it; urgent protection may require immediate action. We will provide reasonable notice and an export opportunity before discontinuing the service, unless law or security prevents it.
To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months or USD 100, whichever is greater. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and do not remove your obligation to pay agreed subscription fees.
9. Changes and contact
We identify the effective date of these terms and will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through the service or your account email, except where urgent legal or security changes are needed. We will request agreement where required. You can cancel before new paid terms take effect. Changes do not retroactively alter an existing dispute.
An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining terms. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms and any separate agreement we expressly make with your workspace govern use of Clawrk. For service, billing, privacy, or legal notices, contact Fancydino LLC at support@clawrk.com.
