Time recording, weekly review, and time exports are available in Business and Practice workspaces, with unlimited teammates. Practice workspaces also include invoices for your firm services, created from approved billable client work. Access depends on the assigned role and an active trial or subscription. These tools do not run payroll or process customer payments.
Can I use Clawrk for my own business?
Yes. The Business plan is $39 per month for one business, 1,000 outgoing reminders per month, and unlimited teammates. Annual billing is $372 paid upfront, equivalent to $31 per month. Invite your bookkeeper to your business workspace at no extra charge.
Can I switch a business into a bookkeeping practice?
Workspace types are chosen at signup. A Business workspace stays with one company; practice plans manage client companies. Switching billing frequency does not change workspace type or move records. Contact support if your needs change before creating another subscription or connecting the same QuickBooks company elsewhere.
What counts as a client company?
A client company is a business whose receivables your practice manages, not an individual customer who owes that business money. Active and paused companies use a slot. Archived companies retain their invoices and history but stop syncing and sending reminders.
How does the trial work?
New workspaces get 14 days with one business or up to 3 practice client companies, unlimited teammates, and 100 outgoing reminders. No card is required. Choose a paid plan to continue after the trial; otherwise, your records remain available to read and export.
What if we manage more than 25 clients?
Keep one Firm subscription and add client slots for $15 per month each on monthly billing, or $144 per year each on annual billing. Each extra slot adds 600 monthly reminders. For example, 30 clients cost $474 per month or $4,548 per year before applicable tax. Use the calculator below the plans to see your price.
Do we pay for each teammate?
No. Every plan includes unlimited teammates. Choose Timesheets only for people who need time access without financial records, or assign admin, member, or viewer access for broader workspace work. Manage employees, contractors, and invitations in Settings > Team.
What happens when we reach our reminder allowance?
Clawrk shows usage and holds further outgoing reminders when the allowance is exhausted. Practice plans can upgrade for more capacity. Business workspaces can wait for their next monthly allowance or contact support; no extra-business add-on is applied. Incoming replies, accounting sync, delivery updates, and security emails continue. We do not automatically charge usage overages.
Can we change plans or reduce client slots?
Yes, from Settings > Billing. Both workspace types can switch between monthly and annual billing. Practice plans can also change client capacity. You review the price and any prorated charge or credit before confirming. Switching billing frequency starts a new paid period when the change completes. Archive clients first if you need to fit a smaller plan. Archiving a client by itself does not change your subscription.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancel from Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your workspace then retains read and export access. You can also export your records and close the workspace through its data controls.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans save at least 20% compared with 12 monthly payments. The monthly equivalent helps you compare, but the full annual amount is charged upfront and renews once a year. Monthly plans are charged once a month. All prices are in USD; any applicable tax is shown at Checkout. There is no setup fee.
Do annual plans get a fresh reminder allowance each month?
Yes. Your reminder allowance renews monthly even when you pay annually. Unused reminders do not roll over. Client capacity and included features are the same for both billing frequencies.
Does Clawrk take a percentage of recovered money?
No. Your subscription covers the workspace and its usage allowance. Clawrk does not hold customer funds or charge a recovery commission.
