FOR BOTH WORKSPACES

Read balances and collection reports

Understand outstanding invoices, recorded cash, and separate currencies.

01

Choose the scope

Open Reports and check the date range and filters. A business workspace reports on its own company. A practice can review the portfolio or a client company.

Printed and exported reports reflect their scope. Check that scope before sharing a report.

02

Outstanding and overdue

Outstanding is the unpaid amount, including invoices not yet due. Paused and disputed invoices still count until their balances are settled.

Invoice age is based on the due date and workspace timezone. An invoice due today is not overdue yet.

03

Cash, credits, and promises

Cash received reflects recorded payments. Credits and promises are separate; they are not additional money collected. Connected reports reflect the latest QuickBooks sync.

Currencies are shown separately. Clawrk does not convert balances or add different currencies into a single total.
